Introducing Derya Vicars Photography’s Winter Wonderland 2022 Photo Sessions, where your child will be transported to two Christmas Scenes inside our Heswall studio.
We love Christmas here in Wirral, and we’re going to make it magical and give you memories to treasure.
Our Winter Wonderland Photo Shoot is something you and your children will remember forever.
The sessions are definitely not like an in and out Grotto visit! Each session will last for approximately 20 minutes and you will be able to view your images straight away.
The sessions will be all about your children. They can bring a pre-prepared letter for Father Christmas and post it in to our North Pole letterbox. We’ll take a selection of photographs.
We have two Christmas scenes this year, our ‘Christmas Wishes’ scene which is great with Christmas PJ’s and outfits. Our ‘Baby It’s Cold Outside’ scene where children can wear their nice outdoor Christmas jumpers, gloves and coats which will complete the scene.
When it comes to photographing children the session is 20 minutes and gives us plenty of time. We let the children lead the photo session. We let them to be kids and have a great time in the studio. This is how we can capture their personality for you to cherish for a life time.
After the session is finished you’ll have the opportunity to relax while your photographs are prepared to be viewed. You can then choose your favourite photographs for your package.
Each Christmas Session lasts for approximately 20 minutes, and includes
- 2 Christmas Scenes – Christmas Wishes and Baby It’s Cold Outside
- Post a Letter using our North Pole Postbox
- One high quality mounted 10×8″ print**
- Instant Photo Gallery Viewing
Additional prints and products are available to purchase during your Viewing Session.
Please note: Our sessions are limited to 5 people from the same household and can’t include friends, cousins outside of the same household. If you would like to book a joint session let us know. Please scroll down to review our Christmas Covid-Safe guidance to make sure we keep each other safe again this year.
Please make sure you arrive to the studio on time as we won’t be able to reschedule due to other bookings and we need to maintain Social Distancing between households.

Terms and Conditions
- In addition to our main terms and conditions the below apply to the Christmas sessions:
- Each booking is for a maximum of 5 people from one household.
- If you have more than 5 family members in your household please contact the studio.
- You must follow Government Guidelines in relation to Covid-19 and the Studio Policy.
- By booking, you agree to Derya Vicars Photography using the images and uploading to our online and social media pages.
- You must arrive to your session on time; we suggest arriving a couple of minutes before your session starts; as we won’t be able to reschedule due to other bookings.
- Bookings are non-refundable.
Government COVID-19 Advisories and Guidance Apply
- These rules continue to be in place so we can look after each other and we can photograph our lovely customers in the run up to Christmas and beyond
- Remember: Hands, Face, Space
- Do not attend your appointment if you are showing any Covid symptoms, are still isolating, waiting for a result, or have returned recently from a restricted country
- Please use the NHS Track and Trace app and scan our QR barcode
- We have hand sanitizer available to use and masks/face coverings if you forget yours
- Masks/face coverings are to be worn during the session but not while the ‘model’ is being photographed (Government listed exemptions apply)
- Our sessions are limited to 5 people from the same household and can’t include friends, cousins outside of the same household. If you would like to book a joint session let us know.
